Every on-site rental includes delivery, setup, teardown, and a layout or overlay designed in house. Portrait, glam, and 360 rentals include a trained attendant for the whole event.

The variables that move the price

  • Printing. Prints add hardware, media, and an attendant to manage them, the main gap between $350 digital and $500+ print booths. Package tier sets print volume, unlimited at the top.

  • Backdrops. Standard backdrops are included on print packages; custom printed backdrops are add-ons, and you keep them.
  • Branding. Logo overlays come standard; vinyl booth wraps, sponsor layouts, and data capture are priced by scope for corporate activations.
  • Date pressure. Prices hold year-round, but spring and fall Saturdays sell out; booking early buys choice, not discounts.
